Modern production and decent product quality are impossible without compliance with cleanliness standards in many sectors of human activity.
Modernization of production according to the international standard GMP (“Good Manufacturing Practice”) guarantees proper and stable product quality. The key principle of GMP is the design, construction, installation and operation of clean rooms, which will effectively solve the problem of introducing innovations facing Russian production.

Biosafe rooms are designed according to the “room within a room” principle, and their purpose determines the specific configuration and design solutions.
The integrated approach of AMS-MZMO to construction assumes that at the stage of design, manufacture and installation, the room module is equipped with elements of engineering systems. The company manufactures these elements, already adapted for sterile conditions, and installs them in the design of complexes in the factory. They include transfer windows and airlocks, air distribution and air intake devices, plumbing kits, lighting, telephone communications, information boards, fire and security alarms, access control devices, etc. The exact composition of the equipment is determined by the project.
The complexes include basic enclosing elements that ensure reliable tightness of the complex:
- wall fences, which include a frame, blind and glazed panels, doors;
- ceiling railings with built-in lighting, air distributors and other devices;
- special antistatic floors.
As a result, the high level of performance of the enclosing structures provides absolutely smooth surfaces without protrusions, sealed joints and rounded transitions between the ceiling, wall panels and floor.
Air preparation, distribution and disinfection is carried out using distribution and final air purification systems, supply air conditioners, an autonomous supply air purification system and an exhaust system.
Such an air environment prepares supply air with specified temperature and humidity parameters, undergoes highly effective three-stage cleaning, and has a designated direction and movement. Pressure differences prevent the flow of chemical contaminants from less clean areas to cleaner ones. Harmful emissions (microorganisms, dust, gases, heat) are removed by air exchange, and the exhaust air is removed from the room.
The operation of the complex's engineering systems is controlled by the integrated complex control system, which can be integrated into the general dispatch network.
The control system consists of a dispatch system, control of supply and exhaust systems and a local control system for internal air purification.
