Dolma with meat
Dolma is considered one of the most popular Armenian dishes, the pearl of traditional Armenian cuisine, in a sense a symbol. Dolma is prepared from minced meat and grape leaves, mixing the ingredients in the correct proportions to preserve the taste of the dish. In ancient times, Armenians served dolma on the festive table and treated special guests to it.
