JSC "FLOARE" in Bendery (Republic of Moldova) was established on the basis of the 1974 Agreement between the USSR and the German Democratic Republic on cooperation in organizing the production of walking shoes with a textile upper and sole on foamed polyvinyl chloride. The factory's birthday is December 4, 1975, when the first pair of shoes rolled off the assembly line.

To date, the first production of the enterprise specializes in the production of textile, combined, leather, waterproof and felt footwear of the stitching-injection method of attaching soles on foamed polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane.

In the second production, glue and glue-stitching technologies are used for assembling shoes with a top made of high-quality leather materials.

The import of materials from Germany, Italy, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine is about 90%, the export of footwear is about 75% with sales in wholesale and retail networks in Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Italy, Germany.

Shoes for men, women and children are designed for all age groups and have a wide range of uses: for home and walking, for work and leisure.

JSC "Floare" is equipped with modern high-performance equipment made in Germany, Italy, USA, Czech Republic. Qualified personnel and good technical equipment, a modern level of modeling make it possible to produce shoes of any complexity category using various materials. In November 2001, the company made a decision on the need to implement a quality management system (QMS). And a year later, OJSC "Floare", having successfully passed certification, received a Certificate for compliance with the requirements of IS ISO 9001: 2000 in the field of development, production and sale of model, everyday, home and children's footwear, and then recertification according to the EN ISO 9001 standard: 2008.

OJSC Floare was awarded the SPI Gold Medal for the quality of its products. In 2000 the company was awarded the 25th Gold Award for the Best Trademark, and in 2004 in Geneva - the Gold Award for technology and quality. In 2010, the enterprise received the Order of Honor for the great contribution of the enterprise's staff to the development of light industry of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and active social activities. The enterprise is a multiple winner of the "Transnistrian Quality" competition.
