SG GROUP LLC was founded in 2006.
The initial business activity was the sale of wood to pulp and paper manufacturers.
The experience gained during the work in the field of timber harvesting allowed the company's management to decide on the development of a new type of activity - wood processing.
To implement this project, specialized equipment was purchased, personnel were hired and trained, and the first samples of products were produced.

In 2009, a full-cycle line for the production of wood products from rotary cut veneer was launched,
serial production has been established. The main type of products produced are straight and curly sticks of classical standard sizes, which are used in the production of ice cream at large refrigeration plants, as well as sticks according to individual customer sizes, and a cosmetic spatula.
Gradually, ice cream producers appreciated the quality of our products and the advantages of working with SG GROUP LLC, the demand for our products increased significantly and production volumes were increased to meet the demand. As a result, there was a shortage of capacities, the factor of their utilization was 97%.

In 2011, an increase in production capacity was made due to the commissioning of new and expansion of existing workshops, reconstruction, technical re-equipment of production, organizational and technical measures. Additional packing, sorting lines, punching, milling, grinding machines, logo printing machines were purchased.

In 2015, the range of products was expanded: stirrers for hot and cold drinks, medical spatula for single use became new types. To implement this project, a modern line for the production and packaging of products was launched with the ability to provide each client with the desired volume and type of products.

In 2018, in order to achieve the quality of products that meet international standards and improve technological processes, the fleet of CNC machine tools was replenished, in which the actuators are automatically controlled. The pride of the company is a machine with a "visual vision" function, which allows scanning products and sorting products in an automatic mode with high accuracy in detecting defects and high speed of execution.

To date, the company's production facilities are designed for significant volumes of production,
but to meet the growing demand for all types of manufactured products, the enterprise is constantly being re-equipped, new equipment and technologies are being introduced, mechanization and automation of production processes, the modernization and replacement of physically and technically obsolete equipment, equipment is selected and purchased that will be functionally compatible with the old one.

The purpose of the re-equipment is to increase the output of products, including products of non-standard shapes and sizes, as well as to improve their quality to expand the geography of supplies.
