Bakery ovens of the PHP brand are intended for baking wheat, rye-wheat, rye molded and hearth bread of various weights; they are classified as dead-end conveyor ovens with single-chain, four-tier (four-thread), cradle-deck conveyor and electric heating with automatic adjustment in four zones.

Bakery ovens of the PKhP brand (capacity from 4 tons/day) are intended for baking wheat, rye-wheat, rye pan and hearth bread of various weights, they are dead-end conveyor ovens with single-chain, four-tier (four-thread), cradle-deck conveyor and electrical heating with automatic adjustment in four zones.

The oven is a metal structure of a block-frame type with thermal insulation and consists of a loading and unloading section with a drive shaft and an exhaust probe, a front section with a device for steam humidification of dough pieces, a steam exhaust channel and a sprayer for finished bread, middle sections (depending on the configuration) and a rear section sections with tension shafts.

The heating elements are installed on one side of the furnace. On the other side of the furnace is equipped with illuminated viewing windows.

The loading and unloading section with an exhaust probe provides comfortable conditions for loading and unloading bread forms. The drive of the chain conveyor is equipped with smooth speed control. The conveyor at the entrance to the front section moves along a vertical path, which significantly limits the removal of heat from the furnace. The steam humidification device is made on the principle of self-generation of steam and does not require external sources of steam. Electrical equipment is made on a modern element base. The casing is made with a polymer coating. The low heat capacity and low thermal inertia of the furnace allows it to reach operating mode in 35-45 minutes and organize single-shift work.
