Zimarechye is high-quality natural products made in the Altai Territory from fresh milk. Our cheeses and butter are healthy and organic. We do not use powdered milk in production, do not add artificial flavors and preservatives.

We support domestic producers, develop agricultural cooperation in the Altai Territory. Rikon LLC was founded in January 2001. From this period the countdown of the history of the company began. Our company "Zimarechye" is named after the settlement at its location.

Zimari is a village in the legendary dairy region of the Altai Territory. There are no large hazardous industries here and this place can rightfully be called environmentally friendly.

The production was settled in the premises of the former dairy shop. We started production with soft cheeses, they are also called fresh. Gradually developed and began to master new types of cheeses. Great success was achieved in the production of cheddarized cheeses - the famous "Ellazan" pigtail cheese. This cheese is loved not only by the inhabitants of the Altai Territory, but also far beyond its borders.
