"Kharkiv biscuit factory" is a modern confectionery enterprise specializing in the production of flour confectionery products. The total production volume is about 40 thousand tons of products per year. The company employs 1,200 people.

PJSC "Kharkiv Biscuit Factory" has repeatedly ranked first in the National Business Rating of the best Ukrainian manufacturers according to KVED 10.72.0 (production of cookies, pies and cakes for long shelf life).

Biscuit and waffle production is equipped with modern European equipment:

- an Italian cracker line,

- an Italian line for the production of biscuits and rolls,

- Italian line for shortbread pies with jam fillings,

- a German line for biscuits with natural fruit fillings,

- Austrian line for the production of multilayer waffles,

- Austrian line for wafer rolls,

- Austrian line for the production of wafer desserts with porous chocolate mass,

- an Austrian line for the production of glazed waffles,

- a German line for the production of biscuits with chocolate bars,

- packing machines made in France, Italy and Germany.

The collective of the Kharkov biscuit factory is constantly in search of new production and technological solutions. Due to technical re-equipment and modernization of facilities, there is a constant optimization and improvement of production processes.

Careful selection of suppliers of raw materials and packaging materials, study of European requirements for the quality and safety of confectionery products allowed the biscuit factory to be one of the first in the confectionery industry of Ukraine to enter the markets of Europe, America, Asia, and China with its products.

The quality and safety of the products are controlled by production laboratories equipped with modern instruments and equipment for carrying out physical and chemical tests. Here the control of raw materials and materials, semi-finished products and finished products is carried out. Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the production of confectionery at the Kharkov Biscuit Factory is confirmed by the National Certification Body, certificates of compliance with international standards ISO 9001: 2008 "Quality Management System" and ISO 22000: 2005 "Food Safety Management System".
