Mechanical cleaning device with rigid shaft "DUSYA"

The mechanical cleaning apparatus with a rigid shaft " DUSYA" is designed for cleaning tubular heat exchangers , mainly with vertical tubes , from deposits of any hardness .

Before starting operation of the "DUSYA" apparatus, the electric or pneumatic drive is fixed on a special tripod and located on the upper tube plate of the vertical heat exchanger. During operation, the rotational torque from the drive is transmitted to a vertically located rotating shaft , at the end of which the working tool is installed. Also , water is supplied to this tool , which is both a lubricating and cooling medium and washes away removed deposits. During operation, the rotating shaft is fed into the tube at the speed required for cleaning. Depending on the strength of the deposits, various working tools are selected. The device allows you to clean even completely clogged tubes, which are very difficult to clean using other methods. If necessary, "DUSYA" can also be placed on horizontally located heat exchangers.

One of the most popular applications of the DUSYA mechanical cleaning apparatus is the cleaning of deposits in vertical heat exchangers of chemical plants and evaporation stations of sugar factories . Due to the presence of a large torque on the shaft, the DUSYA device allows you to use cleaning brushes without precise adjustment , unlike other cleaning methods, when a metal brush or brush is adjusted with high precision.
