The company produces fiber from low-carbon steel wire, glued into cards, in the following sizes:
60x0.75mm (≥ 1100N/mm2) – for concrete slabs ≥ 180mm
50x0.63mm (≥ 1100N/mm2) – for concrete slabs ≥ 150mm
35x0.5mm (≥ 1200N/mm2) – for shotcrete concrete and concrete slabs ≥ 85mm
30x0.5mm (≥ 1200N/mm2) – for shotcrete concrete and concrete slabs ≥ 75mm
Bonding fiber into cards provides: - easier insertion of fiber into concrete; - absence of fiber clumping when distributed in concrete (no hedgehogs).
The company's total production capacity is 3,000 tons per year.

At the client's discretion, products are supplied on pallets of 800 kg or 1200 kg or in BIG-BAG bags weighing 1200 kg. At the moment, we are the only manufacturer of this product in the Russian Federation.
