Complete transformer substation type KTP

KTP is an outdoor transformer substation of block-modular or kiosk type. The substation is designed to receive electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of up to 35 kV, convert and distribute electricity with a voltage of up to 1140 V and a power of up to 2500 kVA. The transformer substation can serve as the main power supply point or act as a temporary addition to existing high-power distribution stations.
Each package transformer substation is manufactured individually in accordance with the customer’s wishes. The substation may include: RUVN, consists of high-voltage cells (KSO, KRU, BDJH, Susol RMU, KRUV-6). Relay protection units (SEPAM, BMRZ, SIPROTEC, BZP) are optionally connected; power transformers produced by Zavod Elektromashina LLC or third-party manufacturers; RUNN as part of prefabricated panels; set of personal protective equipment and fire extinguishing equipment; spare parts kit; technical documentation.

Specifications

A complete transformer substation is made in a kiosk building, or in the dimensions of a sea container with a length of 20, 30 or 40 feet. If necessary, it is possible to produce a custom-sized PTS. The room is divided into sections of RUVN, RUNN, transformer compartments, a separate compartment for a reactive power compensation device is possible. Additional options are: raised floors in the compartments, decorative roof, slides for mobile package transformer substations, output cabinets for convenient cable entry, air conditioning system, air input rods, forced ventilation system, etc. Full information is available in the questionnaire.
