Ground semolina and flour are a new product, but promising and not only in the food sector. The grits or powder consist of ground dried thallus to the fractions specified by the buyer (0.1-1.5 mm), retaining the entire set of micro- and macroelements, vitamins, amino acids that live kelp contained. Thanks to their convenient shape, they can be used in preparing any product without first soaking in water. It strengthens the structure of minced meat well, makes broths rich with an enhanced taste of ingredients. It is especially useful to replace regular table salt with them, adding kelp powder to any dish that you previously salted. It is also a rich source of natural iodine.
