Model description
The REDMOND RMG-1245 “3 in 1” meat grinder with a convenient stainless steel loading tray is designed for producing minced meat of varying degrees of grinding, as well as homemade sausages and oriental kebbies. Increased engine power allows you to grind up to 1.6 kg of minced meat per minute.

2 replaceable disks
Perforated replaceable meat grinder discs allow you to prepare minced meat of different grinds:

• 5 mm – fine grinding for Bolognese sauce, homemade ham, lasagna filling, etc.

• 7 mm – coarse grinding for lula kebabs, cutlets or manti

Attachments for sausages and kebbe
With the help of additional attachments you can easily prepare juicy homemade sausages or spicy kebbies. The sausage attachment allows you to conveniently fill the casing with meat filling, while the kebbe attachment creates a hollow tube of minced meat, which can then be filled with the filling of your choice.

Reverse function
Sometimes there are veins and bones in the meat that can jam the mechanism. The reverse function allows you to spin the auger in the opposite direction so that you can easily remove a stuck piece without having to disassemble the device.

Safe Operation
RMG-1245 has several protection mechanisms to ensure maximum safe use:

• the motor has double protection against overheating and overload

• the device includes a pusher to protect hands when feeding the product into the working chamber

• suction cup legs prevent the device from moving and sliding during operation
