Regenerated cotton yarn is intended for the manufacture of textiles and knitted products, for the production of towels, socks, gloves, jeans, blankets, carpets, fabrics, curtains, cotton ropes, cotton mops, etc.
Depending on the color, production may include a bleaching step and a subsequent dyeing step. Twisted cotton yarn made using the regeneration method most often contains about 70 cotton and 30% polyester.
