Designed for dividing dough from rye flour without adjusting the productivity and pressure in the screw chamber .

Dough divider Kuzbass 68-2M (with a horizontal screw chamber) refers to screw dough dividers with a horizontally located discharge chamber and with a drum-piston type dividing head with manual adjustment of the mass of dough pieces during operation.

Designed for dividing dough from

– grade I wheat flour with a moisture content of 45-47%,

– grade II wheat flour with a moisture content of 45-48%,

– rye flour with a moisture content of 45-52%.

The screw discharge chamber and dividing head can be made of stainless steel (preferred) or St.3 steel.

A dough divider with two frequency converters makes it possible to adjust the performance of the dividing head and the pressure in the screw chamber. The control system has four settings of frequency regulators for drive speeds for productivity and discharge. Moreover, each drive has its own frequency regulator.
