Dough divider Kuzbass 68-2M with a vertical screw chamber
The Kuzbass 68-2M dough divider is a screw dough divider with a vertically located discharge chamber and a drum-piston type dividing head with manual adjustment of the mass of dough pieces during operation.
Designed for dividing dough from
– wheat flour of the highest and first grade with a moisture content of 45-47%,
– grade II wheat flour with a moisture content of 45-48%,
– rye flour with a moisture content of 45-52%.
with adjustment of the productivity of the dividing head and the pressure in the screw chamber (depending on the modification of the dough divider).
Features of the Dough Divider:
– Use of standard Kuzbass dough dividing heads
– Compact size
– Stainless steel housing
– Aesthetic appearance
– Impeccable division accuracy
– Does not require consumables, such as oil or food grade petroleum jelly, necessary to lubricate the working bodies of vacuum dough dividers
– Easy cleaning and processing of parts
The dough divider works as follows. The dough from the hopper enters the auger chamber, where it is captured by a rotating auger and fed through the chamber to the outlet pipe, through which it enters the measuring pocket of the rotating drum of the dividing head, when they are mutually aligned. The piston moves to the lower position, the upper part of the pocket is filled with dough. The volume of the piston and the rotation speed of the dividing head can be adjusted.
Advantages of our dough divider:
vertical arrangement of the auger chamber, in which the dough moves under its own weight, and the auger only stabilizes the flow and pressure in the chamber;
the auger is two times shorter than on standard dough dividers, which provides less impact on the dough;
the screw and the dough dividing head have separate drives with frequency converters, which allows for separate adjustment of the dough divider in a very wide range of productivity and pressure (impact on the dough) in the screw chamber, in contrast to dough dividers with a single drive or a rigid kinematic circuit (bladed dough dividers, dough dividers “Kuzbass” of old series, etc.);
Widespread imported worm gear motors of the NMRV type are used as drives;
a folding protective grille is installed on the dough divider hopper;
the auger chamber is mounted on a hinge, which allows it to be opened and quickly and conveniently cleaned from dough residues;
the protective grid and auger chamber are equipped with limit switches that block the operation of the dough divider when they are opened;
The dough divider can also be installed on wheels with retractable supports for fixing in the desired position.
Aesthetic appearance
The front and rear end surfaces of the frame are covered with removable trim panels. The front and rear casing panels are quick-release and provide access to the dividing head and control cabinet, respectively. The control panel contains buttons and switches to control the operation of the dough divider. The windows in the side walls of the frame are covered with removable transparent covers for observing the operation of the main components.
