Ultrasonic anti-scale device “ZEVSONIK”

ZEVSONIK® is an ultrasonic anti-scale device. The device allows you to prevent the formation of deposits on any surfaces (in boilers, heat exchangers, heaters, technological equipment). In addition, exposure to ultrasound improves mass and heat transfer and improves the course of many processes.

Magnetostrictive transducers are installed on the protected equipment and excite vibrations in the metal at ultrasonic frequencies. This completely stops the formation of deposits, moreover, existing deposits are intensively removed. Over time (2 - 6 weeks), spontaneous complete descaling occurs.

Design:
The device consists of an electrical pulse generator and magnetostrictive transducers (MSTs), which are nonlinear acoustic resonators with a central frequency of 20 - 25 KHz. Depending on the type and size of the heating unit, different types of generators and different numbers of SMEs are selected.
