Water refrigeration unit type UVX is explosion-proof electrical equipment of group I with explosion protection level Mb and type of explosion protection “C” (structural safety protection) and is intended for: cooling electrical and non-electrical machines and mechanisms with an internal liquid cooling circuit; for use in underground areas of mines, as well as in those parts of surface installations of such mines that may be at risk of explosion as a result of exposure to firedamp and/or combustible dust.
