The original TORNADO device is designed for cleaning heat exchanger pipes DN = 6 – 40mm. TORNADO is used as an independent device for cleaning heat exchangers or as a device for pre-drilling (reducing the thickness of scale) before final cleaning with the ZEUS ® installation.
Operating principle:
Mechanical cleaning with cutting heads or brushes with water supply through hollow rods. The special design of the cutting heads allows you to drill through deposits that have the strength of concrete! In this case, the device is based on an electric or pneumatic drive.
